- NRNeelie ReddyFeb 29, 20241.0The daycare is beautiful and very well maintained, however the staff and the level of professionalism they carry is not. Management really needs to do some training and reevaluate the people they hire in order to keep up with the 'over the market' prices. The assistant director who is now the "Director" gossips with parents and creates issues between families. She goes back and forth and communicates false information. I am not sure how she was promoted to the position she is in now and I saw another review stating she was getting her hair braided by another employee. The pre k teacher "annie" is mean and is always complaining about the children in her class. Please train your staff and think about implementing changes.

He had attended at Wake Forest KinderCare for over a year. Once a shy little boy is now a young boy who is coming home daily with some new found information he has learned at school.
