There’s also high staff turnover, leading to a lack of consistency for the children, along with concerns about overcharging. I hope management improves fairness, professionalism, and overall stability.

The teachers are caring and engaged, the curriculum is challenging rather than just being a place for children to be “babysat”, and our son is learning new things regularly, loves going and is becoming friends with his classmates.

The pictures and notifications were helpful to calm any nerves I had and the staff cares for my baby as if she was their own. We've been at Primose for over a year now and truthfully wouldn't know what we would do with out them. Our daughter has learned so much and developmentally beyond where she should be thanks to Primrose. The curriculum, staff, and campus are truly a gift to our family.
