  I would like to say that, Miss Shavonte and Miss Nesha and their team of loving and kind education centered teachers are A GOD-Send! They are truly what any parent could ask for In looking for a preschool based daycare, this center is truly the best!

  I love KinderCare Springdale Gardens! I am a Foster Mom so we've used KinderCare 3 different times for 4 of our sweet kids (ages 10 months to 4 years old - so I've had experience in every class room at this point!) over the last 3 years. All 4 of my angels have been well cared for at KinderCare. The staff take extra care to make them feel safe and help them have a fun time learning. 1 of my angel's had special needs and some tricky behaviors and the staff at KinderCare always had so much patience and treated us like a part of the family. I felt like they were really on our team and only had love for me and my angels. I'm so thankful! The staff is flexible and kind and great about communicating. The facility is always clean. And I love that the gym is so big and can be used on really hot or rainy days so the kids still get fun and exercise even when they can't use the playground. I highly recommend this KinderCare and will continue to use them for all our daycare needs.

  My daughter joined this daycare when she was a year old and has loved the daycare since then. I can’t talk good enough about the teachers who are affectionate, kind , loving and warm towards kids . They made our transitional journey so smooth. We are highly grateful for her teachers who update us throughout the day and keep us informed. This is my first daycare experience and we are happy here. Ms Manal’s (both teachers have the same first name), Ms Miracle , Ms Shanaya, Ms Shavonte, Ms Neesha, Ms Bre. They all provide long and secure environment for kids to thrive which is an essential element for childhood. The curriculum and activities are creative, educational and so much fun. Center staff is always ready to listen and work on requests if communicated clearly and in timely manner which is the highlight and best attribute of this daycare. Thank you everyone for taking care of our kid and eventually parents!

  If you’re looking for a new daycare, keep looking. As you interview the administration at this center, ask lots of questions around teacher turnover. Over the two years we sent our child there, it became increasingly unstable and chaotic. My child would pound on the door begging me not to leave him there. We finally listened and know at least 5 other classmates followed suit. So if they have immediate openings, think carefully about why that may be. I hope they are able to “right the ship” quickly. Editing in response to KimderCare’s reply below. I copied the district manager (K Mason) on my initial email to center leadership and never received any acknowledgement or follow-up. Additionally, once leaving, I took the corporate family survey asking about my experience. I also had a phone call with the center admin voicing my concerns. I write this not to bash anyone but as a parent who spends our very hard-earned money on childcare, want to make sure prospective families are aware of the major issues facing this facility and corporation.

  Was in the area, my little one was awake so I decided to stop by for a tour. The supervisor was not at the facility so I was not able to tour. The receptionist was not friendly. This facility seems to be new but do not have capability to view your childs classroom online. If you cannot pop in for a tour, seems kinda shady, I prefer to view a facility in real time not arranged...
