I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare and its teachers. From the very first day, they have shown genuine care, patience, and dedication to my child’s growth and happiness. Every teacher goes above and beyond to make sure the kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. The communication is excellent, the environment is warm and welcoming, and I can see the positive impact it has on my son every single day. Knowing he is surrounded by such kind, skilled, and attentive educators gives me complete peace of mind. I truly would not choose any other daycare — this is the best decision we could have made for our family.

We absolutely love this daycare! From day one, Director Jasmine and Assistant Desna have made us feel so welcomed and at ease. The infant room, where our little one son is, is calm, clean, and full of energy. It’s clear that the staff , and teachers in the infant classroom genuinely care and go the extra mile every day. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our baby to grow, learn, and feel safe!

I had my son there for about two years. This place was amazing with incredible teachers. However, after he had been there for about six months, he moved up to a different class. The primary teacher was great, but when she was absent or left for the day and other teachers substituted, they barely kept up with the kids. A few months later, my son was moved to another class, and the disaster began. The teacher was rude, obnoxious, and inexperienced, and she would yell at both the kids and the parents. My son became scared to go to school and started exhibiting different behaviors. One day, I watched from outside the classroom and saw my son sitting there quietly when the teacher yelled at him to eat his food. We are now in a much better place. My son will randomly tell me, "I love my new school, I don't want to go back to the old school." One day, he saw a teacher who looked similar to his previous teacher and clung to me, scared that she would be his new teacher. Several, if not most, of the teachers there lack the education and experience to take care of children. There are only one or two teachers I actually trust to care for my son. When I voiced my concerns, no action was taken other than moving my son to a different class. No corrective action was taken. What is worse, my son told me he was hit by a teacher before. At the time, I didn't pursue it, thinking he made it up, but I now realize that something happened. Conveniently, no cameras are allowed at that center. There are several other things that happened, but at this point I am just glad that my son is no longer there.

A Wonderful Place for Young Minds to Grow! I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention my child receives at Raleigh Knowledge Beginning Daycare. From day one, the staff has been warm, professional, and truly invested in each child’s growth and well being. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed to encourage learning and creativity. The teachers are incredibly patient and nurturing, with a genuine passion for early childhood development. They go above and beyond to create engaging activities that help the kids thrive both socially and academically. I’ve noticed a huge boost in my child’s vocabulary, confidence, and independence since enrolling here. One of the things I love most is the consistent communication with parents. I get daily updates, photos, and progress reports, which makes me feel connected and reassured. If you’re looking for a daycare that treats your child like family and prioritizes both education and emotional development, Raleigh Knowledge Beginning is the place. Highly recommended

We love knowledge beginnings! My son is in the Discovery Preschool room now, but started in infants. He loves all the teachers there and they all greet him by name and with a smile and wave. Jasmine and Desna, the director and assistant director, are always involved in the center. I see them in classrooms when I’m picking up or dropping off my son and get pictures of them frequently reading or visiting with the kids. I couldn’t ask for a better place to trust my son with. He loves it so much.
