We absolutely love this place. My son started at Primrose 3 years ago and recently graduated. My daughter is there now and started at 6 months old. Literally every teacher is so kind to us and our children. My children have always been happy, well taken care of, and learn so much from being here. We are thrilled to be a part of the Primrose family and I will be so sad to say goodbye in 3 years when my daughter leaves!

Following a tour in April 2024, we were excited about the possibility of our daughter attending Primrose despite the lack of diversity we saw during our initial visit. We met with Director of Admissions Kristy Moxley, completed all required paperwork and paid the non-refundable deposit of $150 to be added to the waiting list after Kristy stated that we could expect to have our daughter enrolled in late summer. As July approached, I reached out via email and was told that we were still on the list, but at that time there were no available spots nor updates on a definitive timely of when we could expect to be enrolled. On September 24th I reached back out via email and called on separate occasions to inquire about our place on the waiting list. Kristy then stated that she had a spot opening on October 28th, but that I had to accept the spot by September 26th or the next opening wouldn't be until June 2025. Not only did we never receive any follow up information from the school on the waiting list, but any updates I did receive I had to reach out for them. Had I not been diligent about following up the 'convenient' October 28th spot never would have been offered. Per the documents that we signed at the time we paid our deposit we were to have 2 weeks to decide if we wanted to accept the spot, however Kristy only offered us 2 days. The entire experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, the feeling that I have about the school is that Kristy is in the business of gatekeeping who is admitted to keep up appearances. She and the school seem determined to present a "particular" image and any child that does not "look the part" is kept on the waiting list, along with the $150 deposit. It gave the impression of a money grab with no real promise of enrollment if you happen to be of a diverse background. Thankfully we found a wonderful school with a great curriculum, that champions fostering a culturally diverse educational background. If you are looking for a school for your child, I would caution against Primrose as the atmosphere is such that feels preferential, prejudiced and discriminatory. Enter at your own risk!

We love Primrose and our Primrose family!! Our son attended starting when he was 2 and graduated during the pandemic. He couldn’t have been treated better or been supported more. He was also 150% fully prepared for Kindergarten. Our daughter attends primrose now and we couldn’t be happier to be part of this family.

We thought this would be a tough transition for our 2 year old. He was previously attending preschool 3 half-days a week and started attending Primrose full-time 5 days a week in January. They welcomed him with open arms and made the adjustment period a breeze for him. Ms. Chanta and Ms. Julie are absolutely amazing teachers. I went to pick him up a few weeks into starting at Primrose and Ms. Chanta said "he's ready for big boy underwear." We had tried potty training at home without success so I had my doubts that this was going to work. 2 weeks since that conversation with Ms. Chanta and we are still in big boy underwear and he has only had 1 accident!!! I definitely owe it all to them for potty-training my boy. I couldn't have done it without them!! He loves his teachers and comes home and talks about Ms. Julie and Ms. Chanta everyday. I cannot imagine a better preschool for my son.
