KinderCare is amazing! The staff is warm, caring, and truly treat each child like their own. Our little one has grown so much in confidence and skills since starting here. Clean, safe, and full of fun learning activities — we couldn’t ask for better care!

All the staff knows our son's name and he's happy to go every day. They're so great!

As a parent and former childcare worker this is a very great daycare, the staff and administrators are so inviting. It’s a warm and friendly environment. You can tell the teachers enjoy helping the children learn and grow. Based on the smiles on the children faces you tell they are having fun as I walk by on the way to get my niece and nephew.

It has taken me awhile to process my experience here. Our time in the infant room was very stressful and ultimately we decided to pull our son from this daycare. First, the education on breastmilk is very lacking. There were times where I would pick up my son right before a feeding and the bottle would be scolding hot! Breastmilk should never be warned this much as it destroys the beneficial properties. Secondly, they aren’t very knowledgeable about feeding expectations for infants in general. I remember Ms. Jean pulling me aside and stating that my child was behind because he wasn’t eating pizza and sandwiches at 11 months old. As a new mom, I was concerned and took him to a food therapist who was appalled that a teacher would even suggest such things. It took us MONTHS to get him comfortable with food after being in Ms. Jean’s class. Most of the teachers are kind but need more education on AAP recommendations and normal infant feeding expectations.

We have loved our experience at the Kelley Austin KinderCare! Ms Belinda and Ms. Ajeenah are the best, as the assistant and directors. They know my kid and love her dearly. Teachers are great too. The app they use is really helpful for communicating with the teachers and they're great about uploading photos throughout the day and keeping us parents informed. Will be sending my second kid there as well!
