  I am sharing this because I was left without much of a choice. My daughter attended this daycare in winter of 2024 for about 2 months before falling ill. I was unable to continue sending her to this daycare location in December of 2024 because of her illness and I spoke with a member of this facility over the phone informing them of this. The following month, I was called by KinderCare asking if my daughter would be returning and I told them, no, because of her ongoing illness, she is unable to return. I already told them the prior month that she would not be coming back. They proceeded to bill me for the month after I removed her regardless of me informing them this information. Later in the spring, they called once again informing me that I owed 900 dollars. I let them know that, no, I removed my daughter from daycare and told them so the month prior of the billing. Now, I have a collection agency filing a claim on my credit because they did not eliminate the charge to my account after removing my daughter from daycare. I told them multiple times that she would not, and could not return because she was sick, but they didn't care. They want me to pay for a whole month of daycare where she did not attend after telling them that she would not be coming back, and now my credit has taken a massive hit. Dealing with a sick child is already stressful enough, and now I have to deal with a collection agency because KinderCare's dirty billing practices. If you are curious if you should send your kid here, just make sure you are careful. They will gladly charge you for services you did not receive, nor ask for, then go after you for the bill.

  I absolutely love this daycare! My son is two now, and he’s been attending since he was about six months old. Stepping out of my comfort zone and choosing this center was the best decision I’ve made. The staff is amazing — caring, patient, and always on top of communication. They keep families involved with little events, raffles, and updates, which I really appreciate. All of the teachers are wonderful, and I especially want to shout out Miss Erica, the director — she truly goes above and beyond for the kids and the parents. This is a childcare center you can trust and feel good about every single day. Highly recommend!

  Copperfield Kindercare is one of best daycares my kids have ever attended they are very accommodating and always take care of my children thank you for all that you do copperfield

  Absolutely love this daycare! The teachers are amazing and truly care about the kids. My child is always happy and excited to go. Highly recommend!
