  We love this daycare! My son is 2 and has been there from the infant room. Each room has had wonderful teachers that have loved and cared for my son like he was their own child. Ms Meghan and Myranda are always doors open, ready to talk and open to feedback. They listen. The app keeps you up to date on photos, what they eat, when they nap, and diaper changes. From Keisha to Zara, Ms Sara and Alexis, and Ms Laurel - those women keep my baby safe and have helped him progress through his milestones. It’s convenient, it’s affordable, and it works for us. Definitely recommend ◡̈

  After touring a few daycare centers, we came across King KinderCare. The facility is really clean and inviting, which made us feel at ease with this facility. After speaking with Meghan and Miranda, we felt confident that this was the right place for us; they emphasized how crucial communication was to them. I assume that this is just the expectation they have of the parents but not of themselves because the communication was less than ideal, and while I felt comfortable leaving my child there, there was something always in the back of my mind. Prior to the first day, I had been trying to get in contact via the app and phone to understand the protocol for the first day and know what we needed. The message in the app - never answered. The reason they didn't pick up my phone call - assumed it was spam. Left a voicemail and didn't get a return call until the end of the day before his first day after communication attempts were made days before. The updates while my child was in the care were punctual and great! It is very easy to see how your child is doing throughout the day. This isn't a special feature, though; other daycare facilities do this. The teachers were OK. When dropping my child off in the morning, they barely seemed to acknowledge my presence with a simple "hello," and it was hard to feel comfortable engaging with them when asking questions regarding my child's day. After moving to a different daycare, I do think that King KinderCare is OK, and overall, I would have been OK keeping my child in the facility if I wasn't able to find something else. However, I feel much more at ease with the other chosen facility with very nice teachers.

  My childs teachers are awesome. When i pick them up they are just as clean as they were when I dropped him off. He has learned to speak more clearly and has learned a lot. The teachers Keshia and Zara have been nothing but professional and have patience with the children and parents. If I have a concern it's addressed and followed up within that day! Myranda and Meagan are amazing and caring The teachers all take amazing care of the children!

  This facility is amazing! The staff are always friendly and respectful. They go above and beyond for the children in their care. I’m proud to have my daughter going to this facility. Even during the pandemic of Covid-19 they have went above and beyond. With helping parents keep their jobs by giving their child a place to be cared for and providing help with remote learning for children when schools were closed. They communicate well between the schools and parents and never cease to impress me. I honestly love the people here at this facility. Mrs. Ginger, Mrs. Dawn do such an incredible job at running and managing this facility along with the rest of the staff/caregivers here and they may not hear it enough but thank you, Thank each and everyone of you so much for the incredible job you all have done each one of you do everyday. Thank you!!
