The entrance doors were noticeably dirty, which immediately creates a negative first impression for a childcare environment. Additionally, there is an unexpected change in floor height right at the entrance — a step down in the flooring that is not marked or highlighted in any way. This creates a clear tripping hazard and poses a risk of injury for both children and adults. Parents should be cautious and inspect everything very carefully before signing up.

The teachers are always excellent on posting pictures of the children thoughout the day, they keep the children engaged and I love that they take the time to teach the children their names, numbers, letters, and tracing skills. The administration is very caring, understanding, and acknowledges when there are hardships that families face. They work with you and truly care abou the well-being of the children and the facility. They are the best!! Thank you KinderCare!!! We love you guys!

At one point, I actually changed locations (relocated) and immediately brought my youngest back. This team truly cares & Akita is an amazing Director. I will miss being full time with them as my youngest will be graduating this year!
