I can say without hesitation that this school has far surpassed our expectations and has been the best experience for our youngest child still in daycare. I only wish we would have found them sooner so that our oldest child could have attended as well! Everything is run very smoothly and with the children's best interest in mind. You can tell the school cares deeply about their team and in turn there is very low turnover (from our experience at least). Our kiddo loves Ms. Yoisy, Ms. Jamya, and Ms. Kat! Being a working parent is extremely challenging (and the mom guilt is real) but the peace of mind I have from knowing I have a great team of teachers looking after my kiddo makes a world of difference. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Primrose when we welcome our newest addition later this year!

Not only are the teachers fabulous, personable and truly caring - but the rest of the staff at the school knows my child and my family by name. The management team has been incredible dealing with the pandemic - they are very responsive, communicative and proactive in their approach. My son is thriving and most importantly I feel he is very well cared for. We are so happy to have found this particular Primrose.
- CPC PJun 14, 20172.0Extremely high teacher turnover rate, higher than any other daycare/school I've ever seen - in less than a year, 4 main and 2 assistant teachers quit my kid's class either to another position or quit the school entirely (maybe more, I lost count). Very confusing and inconsistent for little ones (think how you'd feel if you had a new boss every other month). Felt like poor support from owners/administrator, child seemed stressed out and academics seemed to be too high a priority over teaching creativity or social skills. It's a beautiful school but appearances aren't everything.
