We had been searching and decided the staff, the location and the safety of the center was the right fit for us. It has been a huge comfort and relief knowing that there are regular updates regarding our children’s activities throughout the day and that we as parents have easy access to that. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for the fact that the center director is very accommodating when it comes to appointments or any needs that arise. I would absolutely recommend Kindercare Hope Mills to anyone needing reliable and safe child care.

The only person that actually cares is ms Joanna. She should be the one that runs that place not ms carol. Those teachers could care less those kids. Yelling at them all day. Saying rude comments about them. The worst one of them all was the school age teacher. Swearing at the kids and getting in their faces. Makes me sick.
