  I am so lucky that I found South Square KinderCare!! They have been great with my son since he started in the infant room at 4 months old. We have been going there for a year now and I am so happy with them They! They are very responsive with any questions or requests that I have. Their app is great for updating me on what/when he eats, diapers, and naps. Plus it is always a pick me up for the day when they upload photos or videos of him!! They are very flexible with discounted vacation rates and worked with my cloth diapers and glass bottles. Everyone there is so friendly and treats my son as if he was their own, and he looks forward to going there every day!

  Not recommended for anyone’s child. They don’t care about the health and well being of children. They don’t support breast feeding moms after the age of one. They just tell you whatever sounds good. Loves the teaching curriculum and the app but when it comes to a child’s health and well being. No bueno.

  My daughter attended this Kindercare location for about 2 years. Over that time I'd say numerous chances were given for improvement in their care, safety and education. There's a high turnover rate in teachers. Teacher termination is not consistently communicated with the parents. The "two's room" has been without a lead teacher for the lighter side of 6 months. I've picked my daughter up with her pull up soaked out of her shorts. She suffered three head injuries (total) at this center and NONE of them were communicated to me until after the fact. She bumped her head on the tile floor during nap (12pm) and instead of any one checking to make sure there was no injury, they made her go to SLEEP. She woke up two hours later with a goose egg on her forehead. I wasn notified until pick up at 5:30pm. The last head injury, there was a gash in her forehead. NO ONE could tell me what happened and I was accused as the parent for "bringing her in that way" by one of the teachers and the director (who wasn't there at drop off). When addressed, the director was rude and stressed that she'd "never lost a child for safety reasons." As you could imagine, that conversation didn't go so well. After that, teachers stopped speaking to me. I opted to remove my daughter from the center and contacted the Regional manager and corporate. i give this center two stars ONLY because my daughter learned her ABCs and how to count to 10 in Spanish. That's the only credit I give to them. If you're looking for professionalism, communication, support, improvement and consistency, from a parental standpoint, you may want to try somewhere else. You can't do trial and error on people's children.

  KinderCare has been a tremendous benefit in reference to our family. It provides a safe and learning environment, where your child can receive educational and social skill building. The staff is professional and friendly. We are very happy with their services and the impact they have had on our family. Thanks KinderCare!
