- ORO RamJun 30, 20255.0We’ve always felt genuinely welcomed at Primrose Chapel Hill East. As working parents, we’ve found them to be consistently reliable and supportive. The teachers go above and beyond—not only showing love and care for our children but also providing thoughtful, ongoing education. Our journey with Primrose began in the toddler room and has continued through the Explorers and after-school programs. Thanks to their strong academic foundation, our child was reading before kindergarten and entered grade school confident and well-prepared. The after-school shuttle is an incredibly convenient service for busy families. We’ve also appreciated the many opportunities to connect with other parents through fun events like Spring Fling, Trunk or Treat, and the Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations. We’ve seen consistent involvement from the franchise owners since day one, and the directors and assistant directors are approachable and quick to address any concerns. Their proactive approach to safety has stood out—especially during local security threats like the UNC campus lockdown. They communicated quickly and effectively and are always working to strengthen their security systems. The facility is always clean and hygienic, with extra precautions taken whenever seasonal illnesses arise. Most importantly, my kids feel safe and happy at school—and I feel confident dropping them off every day. We’re proud to be part of the Primrose CH East family and plan to stay as long as our kids are in need of childcare!

I didn't know anyone else who went there and they were nothing but welcoming to me. Most importantly, if you have a child between two loving homes this is a phenomenal place that is neutral and highly professional. I couldn't have prayed for a better experience. Today was pre-k graduation and you could see how much they go the extra mile. Take a tour and see for yourself!!
