  I called over several days and secured my quote. I was given very specific details about the location, the classes, about my kid starting and moving up with her age. I arranged to take off of work (twice) only to call back to have a general question answered and instead Claudia tell me I was provided incorrect information from their staff about pricing and availability that it is my responsibility to call each Kindercare and ask for correct details WHEN THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. I had already called several times and spoke to the staff and obtained the information and made the arrangements for childcare here. Claudia did not care that it was her staffs fault for giving me incorrect information and took 0 accountability for the mistake. It was extremely unprofessional and had I not called in to ask a question, i wouldn’t of even known to cancel my paid time off to visit or that she didn’t have room for my kid, and the price changed from $180 to over $350??? Terrible management and experience

  Kindercare was the first daycare our son attended and the mobile app really helped us feel more comfortable. They post updates and pictures throughout the day. We loved seeing all the art activity they did with him too!

  I can't be more content outside of family when I leave my child. She is happy her speech has improved and she looks forward to going to school!

  I have had a great experience taking my little guy to this KinderCare. Everybody there is very kind and my son who is almost 2 years old is excited to go everyday (as we are leaving he says "go to school? school!"). I also really love the KindeCare app - they send pictures throughout the day of the activities they are doing, keep you informed, and send reminders (e.g. need more diapers). I think you would be very happy putting your kiddo(s) at this particular KinderCare!
