  Hello, My name is chris and both of my children attended Rainbow Childcare Center. My son (8 years old now) went until he was 3. Never had any issues. My daughter on the other hand is 2. She has been going since she was about a year old. It’s been ….. different as management has changed at least twice since she’s been attending. The best teacher she’s had was Ms. T! 10/10 for Ms. T and her class. She loves what she does and it shows. But the other teachers are iffy. Recently we removed my daughter from the school after many complaints about the simple things (wiping a runny nose, buttoning up her onesy after diaper changes, keeping a hat on when she’s outside, tying her shoes, etc.). This past week was the final straw. My daughter was harmed at the school…. Not by a child! My daughter has a very peculiar name (Sevyn) and this past week my wife and I noticed a weird scratch on her back. After looking closely we noticed a number 7 scratched at the bottom of her back. It wasn’t something done with fingernails, it was more like with a stapler or a safety pin. Something sharp! The number 7 out of all “scratches”! Mind you Sevyn is 2! No child in her class can write the number 7. After speaking with the director and the teachers of course no one knows anything. No one saw anything. And according to them, she was “fine all day yesterday” ! It took everything in me to keep composure while comforting the staff as I love my children and I do not play about them! But I’m also a man, and the school is run by ladies. I can almost pin point who did it and the motive behind it but somethings you have to let play out. Especially when it’s a lose, lose situation on my end. But listen she was in the preschool 1 class, or the class after toddler 2! Be aware of the lady working in there. One is genuine (the Arabic lady is genuine) but the other lady, is iffy! She does not love her job. She does not love those kids and she does not show empathy when you express concern. She will never be back and for over $1200 a month, the school is subpar at the least! Ms. T is the best teacher there in my opinion. Just take extreme caution when enrolling your children.   Great center and the staff is amazing great with the kids very patient and takes time with them I recommend!

  My son has been enrolled at KinderCare since January 2025. He started at 3 months old and has had an incredible experience so far. I can tell that his teachers truly care about him. They regularly share photos and videos of him having fun during the day. When they feed him they include special notes about how well he ate and how he enjoyed his meal. If I ask them to keep an eye on his behavior or a rash, they update me during the day. My son is developing really well and I can thank his teachers at KinderCare for giving him a place where he feels safe and cared for. He smiles at all of his teachers when I drop him off and pick him up. I leave everyday knowing that my baby is going to have a good day and that he is in the best hands.

  My child has been attending this Kindercare location for about a month. I have had nothing but positive experiences from the tour we completed to now! The teachers and admin at this location clearly care about your child and love what they do! I am grateful for having a safe, nurturing environment for my little one to go to while I work! Thanks for everything!! :)

  This is the best center! Ms. Regina, the director, knows your baby personally and will talk to you on your way in or out every day. My baby jumps out of my arms every morning straight into Ms. Tammy’s arms. Ms. Kristina has a heart of gold. Ms. Jasmine is so fun and makes every child feel special. Ms. Shanelle loves on babies like they’re her own. Ms. Tarnesha and Ms. Amber are clearly prepared and can manage the kids perfectly and somehow keep their room clean and nice! Love these people 🥰🥰🥰🥰
