Some of the things that set Primrose apart include the program structure, including the curriculum, school schedule, low turnover, et cetera. I know exactly what my child is working on in the classroom, which helps me to reinforce those concepts at home. The annual school calendar is provided well in advance with few changes throughout the year. Teachers and administrative staff go above and beyond on a consistent basis. I also appreciate the various methods of communication via Procare app, newsletter, phone calls, door notes, that the staff utilizes to announce important information. I always know what is going on at the school as well as with my child who started Primrose around 7 months old and is now in their Pre-K program. I could not be more satisfied.

Zero notice of when our child would change classrooms. Glazed donuts for breakfast in the 12 month old classroom. We can only imagine what else they are hiding. Management doesn't seem to care when confronted either...
