We were at another childcare provider for about four months while waiting for our spot to open (we were on the waitlist for over a year). I'm sad to see some one-star reviews from people complaining about the waitlist and fees since Primrose's waitlist policy was pretty standard amongst their competitors in the area and I found that Kristin Case was extremely transparent in the waitlist process and estimated enrollment. Since switching childcare providers, our experience has been absolutely wonderful. First, there is always someone at the front desk or front office greeting you- this is huge, because during drop-off, there is a lot of piggybacking of parents holding the door open and the front desk ensures everyone entering has a purpose for being there. Next, their sign-in/out process is much better - the app (Procare) is what you'd expect it to be and the staff do a very good job of sending updates and photos throughout the day. If you send a message through Procare, a staff member responds within minutes (not hours). The best part about our experience is the ratio of teachers to students; in the infant classroom, it's 1:4, less than the maximum of 1:5 and most of the time, there are 3 teachers in the classroom bringing the ratio down further. Each child has their own crib, drawers, etc. to make it feel like home. The classroom sizes are appropriate for the child's needs and they have a designated feeding area. Compared to our prior experience, there were not enough cribs for every child, so they would try to have <1 year old children sleep on cots and the room was too large which made it difficult for the staff to keep the kids in order. Since joining Primrose, the staff listen to our requests (feeding schedule, menu, etc.) and we feel incredibly confident in our son's development and safety while at the school. We're looking forward to the experience and relationship for the next four years.

There is so much we (my wife and I ) can say about Bill and Polly and the Primrose School at Eastfield Village but let me start with saying that it has been our absolute joy to have our daughter at this establishment. Our daughter loves going to school, loves her instructors, her friends and all the great folks at Primrose School at Eastfield Village. Please continue to be great and make your school welcoming to all children. We love it and we give this school 10 thumbs up. :-)

I went to my son's school at the beginning of the summer to see what I needed to do to prepare him for Kindergarten. They gave a list of things to over work on for the summer to make sure he was prepared. At the end of the meeting I told them he had been at Primrose Eastfield Village since he was 6 months old. They responded with "He is a Primrose kid? Don't worry about any of this, and tell him to enjoy his summer! Primrose kids always come here over prepared. We wish all of our kids came from Primrose..."
