  I wish I never brought my child to this center. I have never been to a place that does nothing they say yet you are paying for a service involving your child, the most important thing in your life. Where should I begin. The staff is ever revolving. Every director that comes in busts with excitement that they are making changes. I have never even met the new one. She will literally stand beside you without an introduction or even a high at minimum. She is essentially invisible. How would you even speak to her about issues you have? It would fall on deaf ears... because where is she? The teachers... WOW they NEVER update the app. Other daycares prioritize this. They never advise you as to what is happening in the center. What is my child learning? What events are they "having"? When will the center be closed? They hang a piece of paper on the wall or lay it down somewhere you will never see it. The teachers are not friendly in anyway. When you bring your child in... not even eye contact. Coming to this center the worst decision. If you want a place that actually follows through, does the most basic thing such as ART, lets you know of any events in an appropriate amount of time to enjoy your baby, an updated app, even an hello from teachers/directors, do not come home with skid marks or sometimes poop on them and last but not least have a suggestion box that has paper or pencil beside it to actually leave feedback... this is not for you. Leaving this center for my new one could not have happened soon enough. DO NOT take your child here if you expect to know anything that is happening.

  My son has been attending Kindercare on Brown road for almost 2 years. He loves going to daycare. We love the teachers and all the staff. Ms. Sandra is awesome with making sure all needs/accommodations are met for our son. We love this daycare we plan for our son to stay here until he goes to kindergarten. ❤️

  It was only because of the abundance of positive reviews that our family decided to choose this center for our children. My oldest has been there since he was 2 years old and now is in the PreK program. It started off as former Lollipop in which at the time staffing was not an issue. They do their best and try to keep this place clean and sanitized as possible. The teachers did an amazing job following the classroom routines, which helped my autistic son. This center allowed private therapists to help my son while he was either in the class or a one-on-one session. My son loves all his teachers and staff throughout his time there. Our family had twins that came along, and they entered the center while it was still Lollipop. The enrollment was made very easy. The twins needed medication administered during the operating hours. We simply filled out the necessary documents and handed them over to the staff, and everything from that point on was taken good care of. The twins had their moments when they didn't want to stay after the initial drop off, but their teachers made an effort to comfort them so they could settle down. Our twins have attended this center going on for more than two years now. There are times when they come home with bite marks, small scratches, little bruises, and bumps, but what more do you expect from toddlers? For any incident that occurred as such, we would get phone calls from either the director or the assistant director, and sometimes, a written incident report is given. The transition from Lollipop to Kindercare was very pleasant. Parents were given an ample amount of time with the notice, upcoming changes, and when they occurred. Temporary support staff was there to help and assist parents and families for over a month if anything was needed. There was barely anything the parents had to do but a few updated forms to complete. Least to say it was stress free on our end. Currently, Kindercare is experiencing a shortage of teachers and staff. The idea of "all hands on deck" was implemented a few times, and that comes with respect for those who step out of their positions to assist where is needed. They are doing their best to find qualified teachers. In the meantime, they are doing their best to maintain cleanliness, serving meals on schedule, and staying on course with their curriculum. Previous reviews stated there are no cameras in the classrooms. I agree that technology is there for us, but it comes with a cost. Other reviews stated their kids have bite marks. My twins have bite marks on them during the ages of one and two. I was given reports that my twins were biting their friends. Please name a child who doesn't experience teething! Overall, this is what we wanted for our children. Teachers who care for them, stick their routines, and follow the curriculum. Occasional scratches, marks, bumps, dirt in their shoes or clothes, markers drawn on their hands, being mistreated or bullied, these are the things that make them tough, they're learning and growing. I am only leaving this review because we were recently notified that Kindercare has now partnered with Unity Classical Charter School. Now, my oldest son is completing PreK in a few months. He will go directly to UCCS instead of being put into the lottery for a draw. His younger twin brothers will follow.

  The former director, Gussie Bowman tried to scam us out of money despite us having vouchers. When we called corporate, she confronted us in front of our children and did not care. In retaliation of that she was calling us about our child’s behavior which was never found to be true. My child received a bruise on their inner thigh and no empathy was shown, no investigation done, no accountability held. We filed a report against them and in retaliation, they filed one back. Our home was marked safe. So what does that tell you. Do not trust them.

  Welcoming, warm energy throughout this entire childcare center. From the front desk to the teachers to the supporting staff and chef. They all greet you with a smile and are genuinely engaged with your children. I especially love the new curriculum that focuses on intentional learning. Love this center and how they love on the children!!!
