Our oldest child attended from 2022-2025 when he graduated to Kindergarten, and is now thriving socially and academically thanks to Primrose. Our middle child has attended from 2023-current, and absolutely loves going to "school" everyday and interacting with his teachers and peers. Our youngest baby will start attending in the fall of 2026 and we could not feel more comfortable and confident to leave his care with the wonderful teachers and staff at Primrose School of West Cary. Their attention to detail and daily updates add a sense of comfort and build teacher-parent relationships.

I love how attentive the staff is to all children, I love how inclusive they make the parents feel, I love the curriculum for their growing minds! It’s truly a wonderful experience for us both. The constant updates about his day make me feel comfortable leaving him in their care. Also, my son is a picky eater and after joining Primrose of West Cary, he’s been open to trying more foods! So exciting! I’d recommend Primrose to everyone!
- LTLauren ThompsonJan 12, 20265.0I could not say better things about Primrose of West Cary, Mrs. Allie, Ms. Kelli, and all of the teachers I’ve met thusfar (Miss Gena, Miss Jillian, Mrs. Lori and Mrs. Sarah to name a few!) As a former preschool teacher, I am very weary about who I trust around my child. She used to cry, kick and scream before going to her old school but after just a couple days at Primrose she was running ahead of me, excited to go to school in the morning! She has been a kinder, gentler person since she has been here and is communicating her thoughts and feelings so well! The administrative staff and teachers communicate very well, they are super responsive whenever you have questions and there is always someone at the front desk to help and make sure things are secure. I’ve seen the most positive change in my child since enrolling her here, I am so so grateful to have this support system! Thank you, Primrose!! (:

They love going to school each day because of the wonderful teachers they've had through the years. From Ms. Iryna in the infant room to Ms. Jessica, Mr .Shephard and Ms. Kathy we can't say enough about these teachers who make a big difference in our kids each day. There was some turnover in the beginning after COVID but there has been a more consistent teacher base and it truly makes all the difference for the kids.
