We love the staff at the school. They genuinely care about the kids and are extremely communicative. The curriculum is impressive and they go above and beyond to prepare the kids for school. I especially like the food menu as they have a lot of great variety of fruits!

I can't say enough wonderful and amazing things about this school! From the moment my daughter started in the infant room, we have felt welcomed and supported and have full confidence in our child's safety and care. The teachers are nurturing and caring and create a positive and fun environment for the children to play and learn! We love hearing new songs my daughter has learned or games from outside time. The leadership team is warm and kind, we always walk into smiling faces and the communication is consistent and transparent. We are so grateful for Primrose School of West Cary and absolutely give five stars!

We initially had a wonderful experience at Primrose of West Cary. The teachers were caring, communicative, and genuinely invested in our older child’s growth. Unfortunately, when our older child transitioned to the upper classes, our experience drastically changed. We found the communication inconsistent and that classroom management utterly disorganized. It became clear that the staff lacked proper training in supporting children with communication differences. The center and staff didn’t partner with us to find reasonable accommodations and strategies that would have worked, the center decided to ultimately expel our 3yrs old. This was a heartbreaking experience, as every child deserves patience, understanding, an inclusive childcare center, and a chance to thrive in a nurturing environment.

We came to this school from another daycare (so, I have smth to compare with), & I can’t say enough good things about this place. From how teachers & staff treat the kid & the family to their responsiveness & understanding, from tons of events & entertainment to developing the right skills & knowledge. My daughter loves going to Primrose, & I’m very thankful for that!

Our son has been attending Primrose for over 3 years now, and it’s been an incredibly positive journey. He absolutely adores his teachers and friends, and we’ve seen him grow in confidence, curiosity, and kindness.
When we first enrolled, my wife had many questions and concerns—as any parent would. The administration team was exceptional in how they handled everything. They were patient, attentive, and truly took the time to understand our needs. Their communication has consistently been proactive and thoughtful, even when it comes to the smallest details.
We explored several preschools in the Apex & West Cary area before choosing this one, and we’re so glad we did. The curriculum is well-structured and thoughtfully planned for the entire year & kids love all their seasonal activities from fall fest to summer fun. Their operations are smooth and professional, and we’ve always felt reassured by their strong security protocols and commitment to safety.
The teachers are not only well-trained but also genuinely passionate about caring for and nurturing the children. The campus is always clean, calm, and welcoming - creating a peaceful environment that’s perfect for early learning!
What impresses us most is how the school continues to evolve and improve. From new learning tools to updated facilities, they’re always striving to offer the best. We’ve never looked back since joining Primrose, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and well-run preschool in this area!
