I could not say better things about Primrose of West Cary, Mrs. Allie, Ms. Kelli, and all of the teachers I’ve met thusfar (Miss Gena, Miss Jillian, Mrs. Lori and Mrs. Sarah to name a few!) As a former preschool teacher, I am very weary about who I trust around my child. She used to cry, kick and scream before going to her old school but after just a couple days at Primrose she was running ahead of me, excited to go to school in the morning! She has been a kinder, gentler person since she has been here and is communicating her thoughts and feelings so well! The administrative staff and teachers communicate very well, they are super responsive whenever you have questions and there is always someone at the front desk to help and make sure things are secure. I’ve seen the most positive change in my child since enrolling her here, I am so so grateful to have this support system! Thank you, Primrose!! (:

Our son has been attending school at Primrose West Cary for 4 years and our daughter 3. They love going to school each day because of the wonderful teachers they've had through the years. From Ms. Iryna in the infant room to Ms. Jessica, Mr .Shephard and Ms. Kathy we can't say enough about these teachers who make a big difference in our kids each day. There was some turnover in the beginning after COVID but there has been a more consistent teacher base and it truly makes all the difference for the kids.

We love the staff at the school. They genuinely care about the kids and are extremely communicative. The curriculum is impressive and they go above and beyond to prepare the kids for school. I especially like the food menu as they have a lot of great variety of fruits!

I can't say enough wonderful and amazing things about this school! From the moment my daughter started in the infant room, we have felt welcomed and supported and have full confidence in our child's safety and care. The teachers are nurturing and caring and create a positive and fun environment for the children to play and learn! We love hearing new songs my daughter has learned or games from outside time. The leadership team is warm and kind, we always walk into smiling faces and the communication is consistent and transparent. We are so grateful for Primrose School of West Cary and absolutely give five stars!

We initially had a wonderful experience at Primrose of West Cary. The teachers were caring, communicative, and genuinely invested in our older child’s growth. Unfortunately, when our older child transitioned to the upper classes, our experience drastically changed. We found the communication inconsistent and that classroom management utterly disorganized. It became clear that the staff lacked proper training in supporting children with communication differences. The center and staff didn’t partner with us to find reasonable accommodations and strategies that would have worked, the center decided to ultimately expel our 3yrs old. This was a heartbreaking experience, as every child deserves patience, understanding, an inclusive childcare center, and a chance to thrive in a nurturing environment.
