  The teachers are great that I’ve felt with but the directors like to over charge not supply breakdowns of itemized charges and add hidden and late fees I have a voucher for my children and they told me I could take my new child there thinking that they already received the new voucher for that child and didn’t tell me till weeks later that they never received it everyweek there are new additional charges that shouldn’t be on the act with no detail on what is being paid for or being charged just throwing money and nothing being told and threatening to remove my kids from the center bc of there miscommunication and poor billing apparently I’m not the only parent that is having this issue also I picked my daughter up and she felt warm and I was told that there was only one thermometer in the daycare they have a new director but she’s not seeming any better with the billing issues still mystery charges she won’t provide a itemized statement on what she wants me to pay and is threatening me to take my kids out unless I pay the bill that they won’t explain to me oh and also hanging up in my face multiple times

  If you are looking for a daycare in Cary, I highly recommend this location. Paulette runs a fantastic center. I’ve been especially impressed by the consistent communication and the daily updates we receive; it gives me such peace of mind while I'm at work. Her leadership as Director is clear—the environment is organized, welcoming, and the staff is wonderful. She has a natural way with the children that puts both kids and parents at ease. We are so grateful for the care and attention provided at Cary Heights KinderCare.

  CaryHeights KinderCare is truly exceptional As a parent, I couldn’t ask for a better place for my son. The staff is incredibly intentional with their care, and it shows every single day. They make sure he’s well fed with a perfectly balanced, nutritious diet, and I love knowing his health and wellbeing are a priority. The Director, Ms. Pauletta, deserves special recognition—she is warm, welcoming, and remarkably hands-on. She visits classrooms regularly, steps in to work directly with the children, and ensures that every child’s needs are met. Her leadership creates such a positive environment for both kids and parents. My son absolutely loves his daycare and looks forward to going to school every morning. The center is also wonderfully diverse and treats every child with equal care and attention. CaryHeights KinderCare is truly a child’s dream come true, and we are so grateful to be part of their community!

  I came to this location a few times to pick my nephew up. Each time, I kid you not, staff was always on their personal cell phones, kids running wild. Unacceptable. Luckily my nephew no longer goes there.
