- CSCindy SmithJul 18, 20191.0Let me start by saying, we were part of the kindercare family for over 7 yrs!!! Went through 5 directors and 30+ teachers. They have a extremely high turn over rate. Some of the teachers really love the children and are great role models! Others could careless and just want a paycheck. Durning fall break my son and one other child were left in the school age room by them selves with the supervision of the pre k teacher from across the room watching her 20 some odd p-k kids. Well durning that week, there were a few incidents with my son and the other boy. I had a meeting with the new director and she said that they don’t have the tools to watch my son anymore. Really?! After 7.5 yrs?? Well I found out that the other boy was a teacher at the centers child. Choosing favorites huh!? I might also add that this teacher has been known as the “yelling teacher” and has been caught locking kids in a closet. I raised cane... wrote the district manager and also the regional manager. Nothing happened, they could care less. So like I said, there are some teachers there that are absolutely fantastic but there is also some “overlooked” bad ones. Choose wisely mommas. I’m writing this to share my experience, and their favoritism toward staff and staffs children. Beware!!
