  I wish I could leave 0 stars! I would not recommend sending your children here. I’m surprised they are not shut down by now. I truly believe the director is evil she will smile in parents face but behind closed doors she’s not who she may appear to be. There are no cameras for one, the director isn’t actively walking around checking on the classrooms to make it even worse. They’ll hire anyone pay is low and they treat good employees like dirt and don’t do anything about an employee that sits down on their phone not helping with kids and not helping their coworker. They will say you owe a ridiculous amount of money when you already paid before unenrolling your child.

  All if the teachers are great, so kind towards our little one, and respectful of any requests we may have.

  I could not disagree with Sanjay more. We have been with this Kindercare for over a year and my child has made tremendous strides in learning. In fact, she has tested above what she should be at her age and will be ahead of most kids in her kindergarten class. This facility is very clean and safe. My child had the same teacher for the ENTIRE pre-school class and knows all the teachers. Every day when she comes home she is able to tell us exactly what she has learned, and is excited to go back. There are often times where she tells us things that she learned that I did not know. (did you know the difference between frogs and toads is that frogs need to live near water?..learned that from my daughter on the way home from preschool) Also, I get a report every day on what my child studied, what they had for lunch, and how they napped. The teachers are ALWAYS very interested in each and every kids development and regularly hold parent teacher conferences. We recently enrolled our newest addition to the family who is about to turn 6 months old. The infant room is always clean, and they are always working with early developmental skills. It is very obvious to us that our infant is getting lots of attention and stimulation (she is always soooo tired when she gets home ). When we pick her up, her belly is full and diaper is clean!!!. Could not be any happier with this place. The Director Nichole, has gone out of her way on several occasions to make sure we are happy, and could not be any nicer of a person. Yes, this is not the cheapest daycare in the area, but the rates are very reasonable. We look at it as an investment in our children's future. So far it's been a good investment

  We love this Kindercare, very helpful and caring staff. Wish I could send my child everyday. The facility is very nice and Teachers are nice too. My Girl still did not forget her first Teacher Ms Cindy.
