  I personally do not have a child at this location, or know of anyone who has a child at this center, but I would like to share what I witnessed a teacher doing to another child. On Wednesday, Nov. 5 around 9:50-10:30 AM, I was at the stop light and witnessed a teacher on the playground carrying a child by his CLOTHING horizontally at her side, feet not even close to the ground. As she set the child down, he sat down and she proceeded to grab his wrist, and yank him up by it. Two other teachers witnessed this act and did not act on it. This child was around the age(s) of 1-2 years old. Very unsafe and unprofessional behavior from this teacher.

  Unprofessionalism at its highest I made a payment plan with the director of the daycare and the director's boss called her and told her to Null and void my agreement because it wasn't in writing and abruptly told me when I came to pick up my kids that I could not drop them off the next day. no notices no nothing. And when I talk to the director's boss she told me that since it wasn't in writing and Shannon shouldn't have told me that that she's not going to uphold that agreement. And asked for the number for their boss I was given a wrong number. Disgusting

  KinderCare is a great center. My son is now 3 and has learned and developed so much since he has been there. He is advanced for his age now and all the teachers and staff are amazing! The first daycare I sent my son to was horrible and it took a lot to find somewhere I was comfortable with sending him. I love how we get updates through out the day of what he is doing and his meals. I cannot say enough great things about KinderCare! I highly recommend them.

  Hazelwood Kindercare is the greatest, I really can see how much my daughter has learned. The staff is great, I'm so happy I decided to enrolled my daughter here. If you are in need of a daycare, where your child can learn as well as have fun, come here

  For the most part, the staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. I always had good interactions with the teachers and staff members. However, after about 6 months of my son attending the school, he told me that two of the teachers in the 2yo classroom hit him. He also has told me of other teachers putting their hands on other students as well. There was also an incident where a male student pushed my son on the playground and he returned home with a swollen, bruised leg. The teachers didn't inform me of this incident nor did they write a report which is protocol. I liked the school overall but I can't have people putting their hands on my child, teachers nor other kids. Parents be very cautious when placing your children in this school, looks can be deceiving!
