- KWKinslie WilsonNov 7, 20251.0I personally do not have a child at this location, or know of anyone who has a child at this center, but I would like to share what I witnessed a teacher doing to another child. On Wednesday, Nov. 5 around 9:50-10:30 AM, I was at the stop light and witnessed a teacher on the playground carrying a child by his CLOTHING horizontally at her side, feet not even close to the ground. As she set the child down, he sat down and she proceeded to grab his wrist, and yank him up by it. Two other teachers witnessed this act and did not act on it. This child was around the age(s) of 1-2 years old. Very unsafe and unprofessional behavior from this teacher.

- TBTamarris BucknerJun 26, 20231.0Unprofessionalism at its highest I made a payment plan with the director of the daycare and the director's boss called her and told her to Null and void my agreement because it wasn't in writing and abruptly told me when I came to pick up my kids that I could not drop them off the next day. no notices no nothing. And when I talk to the director's boss she told me that since it wasn't in writing and Shannon shouldn't have told me that that she's not going to uphold that agreement. And asked for the number for their boss I was given a wrong number. Disgusting

This center is one of the best places to start uour child our there way to school the director is a wonderful very pleasant always greeting uou with a smile.I just can't stop there,the other staff are very loving and caring as well just give a parent a peace of mind that you know they our children are in the right place.
