We have been with Creme since 2019 with both our 7 and 3 year olds being there. Our kids go in with a smile and come home with a smile. Our 7 year excelled in grade school with everything she learned while she attended Creme. Creme has also been good for us parents as well, we have become good friends with other families that also have their kids at Creme. We couldn’t be happier with the curriculum and activities the school provides for all children. We are thankful for all that they do!

We have a 7 and a 3 year old and have been Creme customers since our oldest was 4 months old. The ownership has changed several times since we’ve been there but the constant that we’ve experienced is the care that they show for our kids. Everyone in the building knows my kid’s names. My kids are excited to go there in the morning and are having fun when I pick them up. If I have an issue, leadership listens and takes it seriously.

⸻ We have been at Crème de la Crème Ellisville since 2019, and we couldn’t recommend it more. Our daughter was so well prepared for kindergarten that after just a few weeks, the school recommended she bump up to first grade. She and many of her classmates from Crème are now in gifted programs at their schools, which really speaks to the academic foundation and enrichment the kids receive here. Over the years, we’ve experienced four different directors, and I can confidently say that Rachel and the current management team are outstanding—by a landslide the best we’ve had. We felt the decline in the past as well, but the transformation under the current leadership has been remarkable. It is truly a different place now and better than ever. Every teacher now genuinely seems to want to be there and has a clear passion for early childhood education and child development. What means the most to us is that every teacher knows our son, even if he’s not in their class, and they greet him enthusiastically every day. That sense of community and care is priceless. Although our daughter is older now, we still send her to Crème for summer camps and school breaks, and she absolutely loves it. If you left in the past, I strongly encourage you to come back and check it out again. We saw and felt the decline too—but what’s in place now is something special. Highly recommend.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience here. Disappointed isn’t a strong enough word. The management here only cares about making money, not about the employees or even the children. They will do anything to keep the company making $$, at the expense of the kids. My child has come home MULTIPLE times with injuries sustained from another child in his class. It’s the same child every time, and he is violent towards many other children in the class. This has been going on for months if not longer. Every single day there’s a new incident leaving a child bruised or bleeding and the managers have done nothing to protect the other children. The kids are actually afraid of that boy and have to avoid him so that they won’t be hurt. As far as I know, the teachers try their best to help but not much can be done. ANY other school would’ve brought in a para or disenrolled that child a long time ago. At least taken any steps to get that kid help, but they’ve done nothing. As soon as an opening comes up at another preschool I will be unenrolling my child and I encourage other parents to do the same.

I don’t have enough time to explain how awful this place is. I’ve heard teachers yelling at each other in the hallway, special needs children are absolutely neglected at the expense of other children around them, and the curriculum is ridiculously lacking. My child has significantly regressed since attending this school. Do NOT send your child here.
