  I never really had a problem with this facility when Christy was in charge. I try not to say it’s a race thing however, I was given a date for my child to start and when I called back Sai stated that she didn’t have a spot for my child. Gave me a story on how a family is coming from out of town and they filled my son spot. My friend called and she stated she did have a spot and that the class room was older 2 years but a 3 year old can go in there would she like to tour. Then proceeded to lie and say she didn’t tell my friend that and I was sitting right next to her. So I called back and asked her. Was there a problem with my child coming back she stated no. So I asked her well why would you tell me there was no spots left and when another person called, do you have spots left that doesn’t make sense to me. This is very disgusting behavior and I’m very surprised that this is going on at KinderCare of Chesterfield I’m definitely going to reach out to whom ever is over her . Also I already had a bad situation with The Other KinderCare when a teacher twisted my son‘s arm. And then, when she was confronted about the behavior of telling a lie, she told me I don’t care who you call. He will not come in my facility.

  It appears things have not changed in a year since Victoria Lenhardt's review... I spoke with Christy Lienemann on 07/22/25 to schedule a tour at noon today (07/25/24) and my husband went in my stead. He arrived and rang the doorbell twice to no avail. The inside was dark like no one was there. Finally, someone came to the door, let him in, and walked to her car, no questions asked. There is a sign on the door not to let others in, even if you know them (that was well followed 😡). My husband stood in the lobby for about 15 minutes. In this time, he has one person ask if he had been helped, which he hadn't, and walked off (no questioning how a 6' 2", bulky man got into the building) and several other adults walk by and ignore him. He walked out wondering about the safety protocols in place for the children. Needless to say, our son will NOT be attending this unsafe place. EDIT 07/30/24: I was pleasantly surprised that the director, Christy Wells, reached out to me to discuss the security concern. She apologized and assured me that more proactive measures were being put in place for people leaving the building. Christy was very understanding of our decision to not have our son attend there.

  Went there for a tour and was easily let in by someone walking out. Also overheard staff talking about leaving children unattended. Staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed. Left before i even started my tour.

  The Chesterfield Kindercare has a great team of people who care for my little ones! I wanted each of my kids to get one year of preschool to help them be prepared for Kindergarten and Kindercare offered just that! From learning to cook and phonics help, I feel like we are ready to take on an all but normal school year!

  myself and my child had the best experience during our time at kindercare. the staff was always pleasant and everyone knew who i was and who my child was whether she was in thwir class or not.i hate that our time there came to an end but very grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know some amazing ladies
