- NJNikita JacksonNov 10, 20251.0I never really had a problem with this facility when Christy was in charge. I try not to say it’s a race thing however, I was given a date for my child to start and when I called back Sai stated that she didn’t have a spot for my child. Gave me a story on how a family is coming from out of town and they filled my son spot. My friend called and she stated she did have a spot and that the class room was older 2 years but a 3 year old can go in there would she like to tour. Then proceeded to lie and say she didn’t tell my friend that and I was sitting right next to her. So I called back and asked her. Was there a problem with my child coming back she stated no. So I asked her well why would you tell me there was no spots left and when another person called, do you have spots left that doesn’t make sense to me. This is very disgusting behavior and I’m very surprised that this is going on at KinderCare of Chesterfield I’m definitely going to reach out to whom ever is over her . Also I already had a bad situation with The Other KinderCare when a teacher twisted my son‘s arm. And then, when she was confronted about the behavior of telling a lie, she told me I don’t care who you call. He will not come in my facility.

Our son has been attending for a year (started at around 2.5 yo) and staff has been extremely attentive and caring. Very knowledgeable and our son has learned a tremendous amount and really enjoys going.
