Primrose was the first and only school I visited, and I immediately knew it was the right place for my child. I was truly impressed by the cleanliness, the warm and caring environment, and the professionalism of all the teachers here.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Rose and Ms. Amanda. They put so much effort into helping my child feel comfortable, included, and able to successfully interact with all of the classmates. Their patience, kindness, and dedication go beyond teaching—they genuinely care about each child’s emotional well-being. Because of their support, my child feels confident, happy, and excited to come to school every day.

I moved from Germany to Minnesota recently and greatly appreciate the good facilities of Primrose School. The staff is amazing, especially the management did a great Job to find a suitable solution for my little ones.
It's definitely worth the price. A lot of events and modern facilities are offered at the school.
Would recommend anyone to opt for it.

This is based on a tour and not enrollment *** You can understand why this center has been successful. They have their routine down and things are definitely clean, updated and organized. At first I think I enjoyed my tour, but after consideration I realized I was bedazzled by the routine and overlooked a few things. A child in the infant room had fallen asleep on the floor which is a violation. In the toddler room a child was acting up and the teacher looked like she lost her temper and quite forcefully put him in the corner and threw a blanket on him. After seeing these two events I could tell my tour-guide was nervously explaining them away - knowing well that they were not appropriate. I am sure it's not easy to do this job and it's not fair to judge on the two things I saw. More than anything my rating reflects the fact that it feels administration heavy (read: business profit center). I think if my daughter landed here I would feel she is generally safe and taken care of. What I wouldn't feel is that she is loved and treated as an individual amongst all the other children here. My advice would be to allow more exposure to the teachers during your tours as they seem more "down to earth" than those running the operations.
