No one can change the door code or give me my child’s file to transfer. It’s been over a week and they still can’t change her door code for safety reasons and they can’t find her file. Stay away

Director Alicia and the entire staff were extremely professional and welcoming. They made sure to verify my identity and confirmed I was on the approved pick-up list, which really set my mind at ease especially with how much is happening in the world these days.
