  I just was trigger by something, that made me think about our experience here. So figured this deserves a review. It is almost 3 years ago, but still bothers me about how me & my child were treated here. My little one was 2 years old, before autism diagnosis but always susoected autism. The first full day my child was there, didnt nap. I was called to pick up for not napping. When I arrived one of the workers pushed him out the door basically throwing my child out. The director said how they can not handle child because they need to nap because that's when teachers get a break. I said it was his 1st full day, you didnt even give a chance. Prior to this no issues have ever been addressed, no behaviors. Director suggested getting a pca & they couldnt handle not napping moving forward. I asked for it to be put in writing. They never did. My little one never went back because I refuse to let an adult treat my kid that way. Throwing them out like garbage. I asked for stop payments & was told I need to give 2 weeks notice even though it was director told me they couldnt handle moving forward. They continued to charge for a month when my child never went because I was getting daycare assistance. I emailed many times to quit charging for services they didnt provide. Just figured to let others know our experience, plus its therapeutic to share how awful it was for us.

  My 7 year old attended from 2-5 years old. I love them so much my toddler has been attending for just about a year. The teachers really take pride in helping the children develop and hit milestones. They are passionate about what they do. I love Kindercare! No complaints.
