As a mom, I think it’s fair to say that leaving your children in someone else’s care while you work is never easy, but KinderCare truly makes it feel effortless. The staff genuinely love and care for our kids as if they were their own. I’m deeply grateful for the amazing teachers and the outstanding leadership at this center. They’re truly one of a kind, so much so that I drive farther just so my boys can be here because they love it so much! A special thank-you to Charlene for her wonderful leadership, she does a fantastic job!

Since my children have been going to this center in prior lake the staff has been nothing short of a saving grace. My children love going to their kinder care. They are always so excited to go! The entire staff is filled with very experienced staff and the ones that aren't as experienced look like they are! Thank you prior lake kinder care!

The director Charlene has been absolutely amazing—always approachable, professional, and genuinely caring about every child’s well-being and development. Our child’s teacher Emma has also been phenomenal, creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where our son has truly thrived. We’ve seen so much growth, both socially and academically, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the loving and dedicated staff at KinderCare.

The staff has a huge retention rate and each of my children have had the same infant teachers over the past 4yrs. Such a rare find at childcare nowadays. They treat my children like they’re family and I know that my kids are loved and safe every single day. They go above and beyond for one of my children’s complex and at times scary medical needs and don’t make my child feel like a burden with all the extra steps to keep them safe during the day. If there’s ever an issue or question, they don’t hesitate to call and update/inform or ask for help. They also leave detailed notes about each of my children’s’ days and add special notes for my child who has the complex medical needs. The director Charlene and assistant director Renae are very helpful and make each of my children feel known and loved. They have meaningful conversations with me and my children. All the staff are wonderful but I’d like to highlight the staff in both infant rooms, the toddler room and staff in both preschool rooms for going above and beyond for each child they have. I strongly recommend Prior Lake KinderCare for each and every child to attend. They will be safe, loved by each staff member and they will learn so much more than a parent can even imagine.
- NFNicole FerinJun 25, 20215.0We were looking for a daycare/preschool program for our 3-year-old son to start after the pandemic slowed down; he was in desperate need of some socialization due to being cared for at home since birth. We checked out a few places in the area; but I instantly had a great feeling about the Prior Lake KinderCare. Not only is the building new, extremely clean and safe, but upon hearing that some of the staff members have over 10-15 years of experience at KinderCare is what got me. All I could think was that KinderCare must be doing something right to retain awesome teachers in such a demanding & exhausting job! I had a very good feeling knowing there were experienced staff to help my little guy adjust to such a big change, as well as to train new faculty. All staff has been friendly, reliable, caring, and welcoming. I also really like that there is a gymnasium inside, as well as the outdoor play areas, so the kiddos can release energy no matter the weather (ideal for Minnesota). I would highly recommend Prior Lake KinderCare to anyone in the area.
