First 2 weeks were very good, then we started getting less info through app. Last week he had a problem with another kid. We noticed this at home. He did not want to go to daycare anymore. We informed this issue to them and did not get any progress. Also, we observed that teachers are changing frequently. Last day we went to pick him up. We were told that he was sleeping. When we saw him, he was crying with wet pants. We ended up switching to another place. He is happy now.

When I initially called they said their center was full, but they would do whatever they could to find room for my son, which really means a lot to me especially since I just moved to the Minneapolis area. To understand my stressful situation and do what they could to erase that problem really speaks volumes for me. Every time I drop off/pick up the teachers at the building reguarly start up a conversation which makes me feel like part of a family instead of a customer.
