We love Primrose! From Ms Robbin being the best infant teacher to hand off our fresh babe to (she’s in a leadership role now which is amazing!), to the teachers who give hugs and blow kisses and say “I love you”, to the admin staff who answer questions and take feedback and suggestions, it’s been a great experience for us and our 2 kiddos. I love a high touch / high communication environment, so the app updates throughout the day and hearing from teachers how the boys’ days were helps put my mind at ease. I also appreciate the conference conversations and how the teachers are willing to work to individualize the environment if needed. All the teachers seem to know every kid - it’s impressive! Lastly, I have to shout out chef Mike - not only do the kids love his food, he’s like a celebrity — they get so excited to see him and he is so sweet to always take the time to say hello and make the kids feel seen and special.

The staff’s commitment to the care and education of the kids really shows in their development. We feel our kids are getting the best early childhood education around!
