About

Training CenterAssociationAthletics AssociationFitness Classes
Many online fitness training options are offered to support distance and online learning. NETA has been educating fitness professionals for over 40 years, longer than virtually all other certifying bodies in the fitness industry. Our primary certifications are accredited by the NCCA, ensuring that the NETA credentials meet industry standards and are accepted at most fitness facilities. The principal difference between NETA and other certifying organizations is that we provide live in-person or virtual, hands-on exam preparation workshops presented by our own well-qualified instructors, not just self-study like many organizations. Our dedicated staff is passionate about fitness and ready to help you throughout a successful fitness career!

I attended the Kids Yoga virtual training. It was great! I'm working toward my 200 hours Yoga certification and found the class to be inspiring. Hopefully I'll have a new Kids Yoga class to teach in the near future. I've been certified with NETA (formally NEDITA) for over 25 years. It's a great fitness training organization.

I have maintained my certification with NETA for almost 30 years. NETA has always accepted my IFTA credits to renew my certifications before. I sent in my documents for renewal 2 weeks before my Group Fitness and Personal Trainer certifications expired. I received notification from NETA one day before my certification expired that they would not accept my IFTA credits. NETA has always accepted my IFTA credits before and I did not send in certificates with my name on it before. I sent in the schedule with the course names. I have talked with Jodie, Michael Iserman, and Nicole to not avail. I have requested to speak with Mario but I was told he does not handle customer concerns. I keep being referred back to Michael Iserman who has a very negative undertone to his emails to me. I am warning other people of this experience. NETA needs to work on their customer service and their processes. NETA needs to make sure the people who process the recertifications are all on the same page so the customer is not mislead in their recertification procedures. NETA needs to have a better way of notifying customers if they will not accept their documentation. Due to the way my concern was handled, I definitely feel NETA does not value their customers.
