  Truly such a wonderful place to bring your child or children. Between the directors, teachers and staff, they all truly care and love the children! We were nervous enrolling our son as he had been at home with us until 3 years old and had been struggling with a speech delay. They made us feel so safe and welcomed, and they truly LOVE our son. Our son is a very homebody kid and gets teary eyed when we drop him off, the directors and teachers always do an amazing job of giving hugs, distractions and comfort whenever he needs it. Sometimes within a few minutes I’m already receiving photos of him happy/smiling and having a good time. He’s grown tremendously in his speech and has learned so much (including great manners) from going to daycare/preschool here. You are in great hands here! HIGHLY recommend.

  This KinderCare is amazing!! As a first time mom, I didn’t know what to expect, however Sam (director) was responsive, nurturing and flexible. Her and the infant room teachers (shout-out Lisa, Emma, Skyler) always made both me and my daughter feel cared for and safe! There is no better peace of mind than knowing your child is enjoying their time at daycare!

  What can I say about Rainbow Childcare Center at Lakeville. Nothing good. It's a new building with a staff that will tell you anything you want to hear. -Lisa the director there can't make basic decisions without checking with corporate office. -They say they will do something and do not follow through on it. -Group emailed informational messages about the daycare included all of the parents emails attached. Which I thought was very unprofessional and invasion of my privacy. Our story My son was having behavioral issues at his last daycare which my wife and I thought may have been due to the large class sizes and young inexperienced teacher aides. So we decided to start looking for a new daycare. We checked out three different daycare's and decided to go with Rainbow because we liked what they had to say. Smaller class sizes an experienced staff and helping our son. We were excited to start my son at Rainbow. They wanted to have a meeting after a couple of days observing my son to put together a plan to work together to help correct the issues my son was having. After the first three days they said my son was doing really well and wanted to postpone the meeting for a couple of weeks. We thought this was great news and we were very excited. One week later they are telling us our son is no longer welcome to attend Rainbow. No warning, No time to find a new daycare, and No refund for the remainder of the week that we had paid for. Also they never had that meeting they said they were going to have to help develop a plan for my son. And to top it all off a few hours after telling us my son can't attend they sent us an email reminding us about the family social night they're have the next night. Worst experience I've ever had at any business
