The directors are also so amazing! Always there when you need to bring a question or concern to their attention or just there to say hi! My son is constantly bringing home the activities they work on daily! They offer so many activities to keep his days busy! Summer time they do many activities even a few field trips! My son loves the staff & attending Kindercare! Couldn’t recommend this location more!

- DPDiana PonceOct 7, 20201.0My daughter was so excited to see me. She ran towards me and accidentally tripped hit her head on the glass door and her lip injury is gonna take even longer to heal. I noticed her shoes were on the wrong way, but why didn't anyone notice? One of the staff said "oh she tide her own shoes." As an excuse for why she had fallen. Why didn't anyone make sure her shoes were on correctly! SMH! That fall could of been worse. I wonder what they would of had said then. Thank God it didn't. Hold staff accountable! Preventing injuries should be 1st. Safety matters. Whatever happened to empathy? Jeez what a world. After this review was made the Director Heidi spoke with me and told me I should find another center for my daughter to attend. All because she can't find solutions to problems. She rather have people runaway. Wow! And she's supposed to be a leader! How pathetic is that. No wonder they rather let us go else where, like that they can continue to stick up for each other etc. Non recommendable place.

Any concerns I have had were addressed immediately. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff are not just with the children but also the parents.
