The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and caring, creating a warm and nurturing environment where our kids thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. After a difficult experience at another daycare, we were hesitant to try again, but Primrose has been a night-and-day difference. The teachers' passion for early childhood education and genuine love for the kids give us complete peace of mind. We highly recommend Primrose schools of Chanhassen to any family looking for a safe, loving, and enriching place for their little ones.

The “enrollment coordinator” advised we needed to pre-register both ($300) in order to secure a wait list spot for our toddler (prior to a tour which had limited dates/availability because only the owner provides tours). We did so and later were told in addition to the wait list the first available for out expected child was over 45 days post what we required. After touring, receiving the news on availability we notified the contact it wouldn’t work for our family. We were then told the pre-registration fee was non-refundable. We understood the policy as it states but hoped a local childcare provider would be more transparent on availability prior to accepting a fee. It seems very business focused to mange wait lists, pre-reg that way prior to a tour. Final note, they do warn you but the tour did take over 2 hours so wear your comfy shoes. Best of luck!
