First off, i really did enjoy the convenience of Rasmussen college for the average working adult and others. What would have been a 5 star review slowly deteriorated because of the lack of help and effort in courses. Let me explain. I would like to make it clear that I’m a full online student, so my advisor is also not local to me (but is apparently easy to access). But disregard this as a review on the campus itself. I’m almost done, will graduate in two months from now, and have been trying to contact my advisor for the last month. Through voice mail and email. Still no response. I’ve tried to ask for ANY advisor. And they will just say they can’t help or answer questions because they are, not my advisor. Going to a higher role up to them leaves to a voicemail with also no return call back. It’s a time sensitive task and I’m unable to resolve it on my own. Effort in classes meaning, some processes definitely use AI to make their presentations. You can tell by the social characters that are definitely not in the English alphabet lol. There’s been two professors who were engaging enough and seemed like they wanted us to put effort into learning. And can say I’ve retained the most by getting feedback from those instead of doing the discussion posts etc. I just think how expensive it is to attend that the quality provided could be much better.

I just finished my first week of general classes. It was stressful to think about going back to school but both Rasmussen and Admissions Advisor Gavin were a huge help in getting me started with my classes, explaining what to expect, and making me feel welcomed. Overall the enrollment process was simple and clear and all questions I had were answered clearly. My first week of classes at the Bloomington campus was a success and the instructors are very helpful and communicative with what they expect. I enrolled at Rasmussen because of their structured and accelerated nursing program and so far it has been good.

This is a fantastic institution with career-focused programs. The Bloomington campus has an amazing group of faculty and staff who truly care about your education and success. The BSN and Medical Assisting programs both have strong outcomes. In 2024, 90.7% of Rasmussen's BSN graduates in Minnesota passed their NCLEX on the first attempt. Impressive! The BSN program is CCNE-accredited, and the Medical Assisting program is ABHES accredited.

When it comes to education, having Nurses and practitioners teach is huge because not only are you learning from professionals but also getting to be informed about their practice on the job and experience that makes a huge difference in learning
