  My child attended Bloomington KinderCare from infancy to preschool. During our time at the center our experience was mixed. Cleanliness was an ongoing concern. Some teachers were very kind, patient, and engaging, while others seemed burnt out and not well-suited for working with young children. In our final months, my child frequently mentioned being yelled at by their teacher, among other inappropriate comments, which ultimately led to our decision to leave. The director was friendly and approachable, but I often felt our concerns were brushed off or minimized, rather than being meaningfully addressed. While I wish the center and staff well, it's not a place we would return.

  We had a great experience with Bloomington kindercare with our son. All staffs are very friendly and and open to communicate in regards to child’s needs. Crystal Banks, she is the best and perfect as a center director, very helpful attitude, professional and always prompt response to any request and emails. We had a wonder experience at this center.

  I have been taking my kids to this center for 5 years. My kids instantly fell in love with their teachers who are more like family now. I am about to have twins and the center has already saved their spot and they are also anxiously awaiting their arrival with me. Kindercares values align with mine and I would never take my kids anywhere else.

  This place is AMAZING! My two children have been going here since they were babies, one of which is now a school ager! All meals are provided and they are well balanced and nutritious which is much needed in our world today. My kids have absolutely loved and adored everyone of their teachers that they have had. I always feel very comfortable leaving them with them and never have to worry. Communication is very important to me and they have never lacked. Knowing my children are learning, playing and are ready for the next stage in life has been a huge weight lifted off of my back as a full time working mom. Thank you SO much Kindercare for giving the peace of mind when coming to the most important things in my life. ♡♡♡
