  Writing my review again since Jennifer likes to report bad reviews and have them removed to make her center look better! I was a staff member at this center for a year and a half, and while I adored the teachers i worked alongside and the children that I taught, I would not recommend it as a place to work or a place to bring your children due to issues with the manager and the environment that she creates. I was interested in advancing my career via the KinderCare CDA program, and this was used as a way for them to use my skills to create a "lead teacher" that they wanted and needed, while routinely overstepping boundaries and not paying me the appropriate wages that the other lead teachers received. (I made a little over $15 an hour!) I was expected to run the classroom at the same level as these far more experienced teachers, without any of the knowledge or the benefits. I was expected to work long hours (7:30-5:00 or later) every single day, while being REQUIRED to take long breaks (1-3 hours long) to cut my overtime so I wasn't fairly compensated for the extensive hours that I was working. They would also routinely commit wage theft, altering employees worked time to fit within their allotted labor for the week. This is theft! The center director Jennifer would also routinely engage in actions that created a biased and retaliatory work environment, facading kindness and warmth while doing tours with potential families/employees and while corporate management was in the building, but would then favour specific employees over others, give the employees that she "wasn't happy with" a cold shoulder, sometimes even the silent treatment. Jennifer did not speak a single word to me after I put in my two weeks, except when her boss was in the center. Almost evert single employee at the center has faced this treatment when they say or do something that inconveniences her, and she loves to talk about why she's upset with other employees behind the other people's back. Something that can trigger these behaviour changes is calling in sick, regardless of the severity or circumstances. There were several instances in which I was bullied into coming to work while having pink eye, strep, RSV, active fevers or having recently thrown up. They do not care about whether or not the students get sick from sick staff, and would ALWAYS try to pressure you into coming in if you called out, for any reason whatsoever. My significant other also worked at this center for a few months, and despite being hired on before other employees, would routinely be forgotten about when it came down to hour distribution. He would sometimes go an entire week without even hearing from the center director, let alone being asked to come in or getting scheduled. This went on for MONTHS, for someone who was signed on as a full time employee. Don't hire people if you can't afford to pay them! I will miss the families and children that I worked with, and the other staff that I worked alongside, but the management at this center needs significant improvement!

  We couldn't be happier with Arden Hills KinderCare! From the moment Tazlyn started here, we've been consistently impressed by the dedicated and loving staff. They provide such a fun and engaging environment, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children's development and well-being. It's truly been an amazing experience for our family.   Our family has had a wonderful experience with the Arden Hills KinderCare center (which we have been a part of for seven years). Both of our children have moved through the center from infants to preK and we've been consistently pleased with the staff, the curriculum and the environment. This is a nurturing, supportive center that takes great care of these kiddos.

  We have both our daughters attending this facility and the staff and curriculum are amazing! I love how much the staff update the parents, whether it be through the app with pictures, or at the end of the day at pickup. The staff genuinely care for the children and I continue to see my girls grow and thrive while attending this daycare :)

  This center is like a second home to my child. The teachers are so welcoming, engaged and inviting towards the families and children. They are always including family to be involved in the center and you can tell the teachers love what they do. This is the 3rd center my child has been in and there is no better fit I've experienced.
