Our toddler went here for almost 2.5 years and he really loved his time at Primrose. The curriculum is very engaging and fun and there is always something fun going on here. The staff and teachers are very attentive and make your child and you feel special. This is very hard to find in a day care. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. Never had a bad experience and if you looking for a daycare, look no further. Would highly recommend!

I had my baby enrolled here for about 3 months, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. During that time, she constantly had severe diarrhea and diaper rash, and she ended up missing most of her school days because of it. We raised concerns about hygiene, specifically asking that teachers not walk across play mats in outside shoes, but this practice continued.
I can’t say for sure whether diapers were changed as often as they should have been, but something wasn’t right. Since leaving this daycare, my baby hasn’t been sick once.
Daycare should be a safe and healthy environment for children, but that was not our experience here. I would encourage other parents to look carefully at hygiene practices before enrolling.

Our son has been attending Primrose since he was 3 months old. They've had fairly low staff turnover so we've been dealing with the same people almost the whole time. Our son loves going to school, most mornings are met with giggles and smiles at drop off. When he sees his teachers outside of school he has big smiles for them. They send numerous pictures each day showcasing the different arts and crafts, learning, and play activities they're doing that day. They've been very detailed on watching for when your kid isn't feeling well and are very forward about telling parents when there are minor accidents (bumps from playtime, scratches from the child's nail in their sleep). The school also added in a reasonable COVID respond to try and keep the school safe to stay open. We would definitely recommend Apple Valley Primrose!

We were lucky to have my mother watch over our kids for a handful of years. But when baby #2 turned 18 months, and mom decided to retire, we had to look for child care, a new concept to us. We were nervous, a little scared, worried, overwhelmed to say the least. However, I will say from the very start, there was a comfortable feeling about Primrose. And after the first 'drop off' of our almost 20 month old - cling to your knee daughter, we knew we made the right decision, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the school looks good/clean inside and out, AND our daughter was excited to go to 'school' and shed no tears from day-1! This was HUGE!!
The teachers and staff are friendly to both parents and children alike. If we have any questions - they are always available to talk and respond quickly.
Our daughter has been attending Primrose since they first opened their doors. Primrose provides many "must haves" that we were looking for, such as: encouragement, opportunity for new experiences, provide structure in a learning environment - giving the children the confidence they will need to continue to prosper. Knowing what we know now, we wished we would have given our son this same introduction/foundation to school. It's amazing to see the growth and how much our daughter knows, looking back at 18 months to now, 4 years old... she's without a doubt Kindergarten-ready (but I'm not).
I will also add, the summer and after-school Explorers program has been great for my son as well. The field trips, in-school activities and after-school support has been tremendous - and he likes it, which is a plus! He has been participating in this program from Kindergarten to 2nd grade.
We are thankful to the Primrose staff for all they do for the young minds and setting my husband and my mind at ease knowing they are in good hands/care. Thank you.
