  My child attended this daycare center for 11 months. At the beginning, everything seemed fine. However, as the number of children in the group increased, it became clear that my child was no longer receiving adequate attention or care. The situation worsened after a new teacher joined the group. Unfortunately, she appeared to have no experience working with children, which resulted in constant chaos in the classroom. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, the staff frequently blamed my child for problems that occurred. I cannot speak for other daycare centers, but based on our experience, I would not recommend this one to other parents. Additionally, the center charged us in advance even though my child was no longer attending. We were told that the money would be refunded, but this never happened.

  Absolutely the worst schooling experience for me and my family. We had hope of a good experience but we received the opposite. What started out as nice turn completely sour. came for a tour. I got showed her classroom and given a packet to complete. I’m thinking it’s more to it no. Got a call a few weeks later for her to come. We began, no cdc papers were given. After i told her that she was covered. They said after 60 hrs it’s a scholarship to cover the rest of her hours. The paper was given to me to turn in to cdc WEEKS later. Filled out with the WRONG start date by the assistant. By this time the bill is high and cdc is confused on why your paperwork is late and wrong and my baby is suspended. Terrible experience with Kindercare. 1/10 recommended I tried working with them to get my baby hours paid and her back and school but the emails got rude and they stopped answering the phones even though they switched her classroom and kept her in the system. Save the headache and go to a school that actually care. NOT HERE.

  I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! All of the staff are truly amazing! Caring, patient, and always welcoming. As a mom, it means everything to me to know that my son is in a safe, loving environment where he’s not only cared for but also happy and thriving. Every day I drop my son off, I feel a sense of security knowing he is in such good hands. The peace of mind they give me is priceless, and I’m so thankful for the way they treat him like family.

  Certain teachers provide exceptional care. Very short staffed. Inexperienced staff. My Daugther fell 5 times with an injury to the head in just a 30 day period not to mention an infection due to the fact she wasn’t changed and clean correctly. Director is very insensitive. When you give suggestions regarding anything, she gets defensive and sends back sarcastic responses. It’s very expensive for the lack care. My child’s enrollment was canceled on a Saturday. My husband and I had to scramble to find care for Monday because we both work. She stated it was canceled due to non - payment when in fact, we’ve always paid rather it was late or not because it was a needed service. My child is 15 months and has encountered so much. I gave the center two stars due to some of the staff are actually amazing but, due to their personal lives we can’t expect those great individuals to always be there. For the amount of money, it’s not worth it. Check around.

  If I could I will give zero star for this review. My son stayed in this daycare couple months last year. For the last three weeks, he got hurt every week even twice a week. Every time he got bruise on his head. Tried to talk to the director and assistant director. It made worse. They always tell me, they cannot guarantee anything. The assistant director blamed my son played roughly. My son could not talk yet. They blamed my son yelled the teachers. It is so ridiculous. If you plan to send your kid to this daycare, ask them to guarantee your kid's safety. If your kid already in this daycare, I do suggest you to be careful to sign any paper work. Hi! Lindley, I called everyone of your leader team. Just told me it is out of control and u can do nothing. I want to slap my face all the time because of sending my son there. I still feel so sorry to my son every time I see the scar on his head. This daycare is nightmare for my family forever.
