Kindercare claims to accept kids of all backgrounds. My son was so upset there that he was inconsolable and I had to come get him from work. I highly doubt Kindercare can address kids with any needs other than “normal” children. If your child has any sort of personality other than what’s shown on tv, this isn’t the place for your child. These teachers “assistants” have no formal training on childhood development. They are often left alone with the kids. One teacher to 8 3yr olds with no formal training….yikes. Will not return and will NEVER recommend to another family.

My son I currently in infant 2 after graduating from Infant 1. My child is able to grow and learn at his pace and move to his classroom accordingly. The love and compassion shown to Xander is more than I could have ever hoped for! His lead teacher, Ms. Tracy, checks on him when he’s out, is positive every time I see her and genuinely cares about these kiddos.

We have loved her teachers. They can communicate through an app during the day but are always willing to give us a quick debrief at pickup. The center hosts events for mothers/fathers day, Easter egg hunts, and trunk or treats. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ms Heidi, Ms Dayna, Ms Megan and Ms Stacy in the toddler room and all the staff / management are wonderful. They have an app and post updates/pics throughout the day. Highly recommend!
