We have had great experiences in both the infant and toddler rooms. My daughter looks forward to going to school and she is greeted by name by all the staff. Lisa, the director, has been great as well and is always responsive to questions/concerns. I LOVE that there is an app that gives photos and updates on eating/sleeping/etc throughout the day so I can see how my daughter is doing. I highly recommend KinderCare in Southgate!

- MYMegan YoreAug 24, 20225.0I dont have any other daycare experiences to compare southgate kindercare to but i can say that i have been satisfied thus far and dont feel the need to find another daycare. The staff has always been friendly, anytime i have a question & send a message through their app i usually get a pretty quick response. I love the updates with photos of my little guy that i get all the time. Also if you are thinking about signing up be sure to ask them what discounts they offer. We found out through my boyfriends job he gets a discount for kindercare. They are always looking to improve and always take constructive criticism because they truly are always wanting to do better. Overall great daycare, great staff, my little guy loves going there and they love hanging out with him. Kindercare has become family.❤️❤️

I put my baby there for a few months and after I learned that one of the infant baby-sitters had mental problem and was abusive, I moved my baby. I recall that every single time we went to pick up our baby, her eyes were full of tears and her hands were cold. The manager is also very close minded and stubborn. If you love your baby, stay away from this place.
