Jessica is an excellent and proactive leader who truly understands how to build an effective team. Before she joined, the center experienced a high, disruptive turnover rate, but within weeks of her first day she had stabilized the team. Jessica knows how to hire, and puts 110% into the center. The staff are incredibly nice and focused on the kids and prioritize communication with parents. I receive many photos and updates daily from the staff, and I’m confident the kiddos are in good hands. I feel very taken care of here and look forward to the years to come.
