When I first signed up online, I got a callback immediately from Kristin and she helped me SO much with the process and answered all the questions I had. She is so nice and welcoming. It’s obviously a little intense and scary when you first start bringing your kids somewhere new but I couldn’t be happier with the decision we made to bring her here. Her teachers are amazing and so sweet, when my daughter is sad when we have to leave, they comfort her immediately makes us feel good knowing she has a safe place. I also love that we get pictures and updates throughout the day to see what they’re doing and how they are, that is one of my favorite things to look at and of course you can never get enough pictures of your kid lol… Overall we are very happy and appreciate everyone there!!

I was very against sending my daughter into childcare, it made me nervous- however I’m so so glad we chose the Okemos KinderCare. My daughter is in Preschool and she loves it, she has so much fun every day and can’t wait to go back again in the morning every night. Everyone at the center is very welcoming, kind, and there is a genuinely positive energy every day. I always find myself smiling as I am leaving! One major plus for me is that the staff are very effective should I have any concerns. Any problems that may arise are dealt with quickly and professionally and I truly appreciate that. Thank you guys for everything you do!
