  I'm just a passer by literally in the Starbucks drive through at 11am today minding my business and a train of kids comes out from the building beside me holding a chain like rope. I'm watching them with their cuteness and the teacher lady (brown skin) who was walking with them was taking the kids hands off the rope, and putting them back on aggressively like they weren't holding the rope the way she wanted. Not really a big deal, however once she turned the corner with the train of kids she stopped them, and was yelling at them. Couldnt make out most of what she was saying, however she did tell one of the kids to shut up, and was being rude. one little boy at the end of the train line of kids in a blue jacke, the teacher (brown skin) grabbed his arm hard and pulled it off the rope, again telling him to shut up. Little boy was hurt because she rubbed his arm after the incident. By this point I had had enough and yelled out my window for her to not treat little kids that way. After that she acted nice by telling one kid to please not run. Maybe I'm just overreacting, however I know damn well if I had seen a teacher who I'm trusting to keep my child safe while in their care put hands on my child in this manor I would be very upset!! Having kids of my own I felt the need to point out this situation that has taken place before my eyes and let other parents know the treatment their child is getting while in the care of this place with this teacher. I have no names to give for the incident that took place, just be mindful of who you trust with your loved ones :/

  This place is trained to lie tells us not to tell the truth my daughter was traumatized from swat care and schools because of this place and i was never notified of the things that were done like her being hit pushed and kicked by other children even being an employee! I do not advice your children to go here protect them!!!!

  Couldn’t say enough good things about KinderCare! Kind, attentive and caring staff and my little couldn’t be happier in their second home ❤️ My twins have been here almost 2 years starting in toddlers, they love coming to school and I couldn’t imagine a life without KinderCare.

  Our kids started here last month once they reopened and my husband and I have had great experiences with the directors and teachers. Though our in-person interactions have been limited due to covid-19, the staff keeps us posted with frequent calls, notes, and emails. We also get a lot of photos daily via the app and can see how happy our kids are in their care. I would highly recommend this center! We have had experiences at other daycares and have seen all the good, bad and in between, and KinderCare New Hudson is definitely at the top of our list.
