- IFIzabel FontanaNov 13, 20255.0It's starts with the Director Justine. She is hands down the best, very personable,very understanding, easy to communicate with and to take care of any issues. When we first met, she walked me through the location and explained everything. Answered all questions. Made everything very easy to enroll my daughter. That becomes a domino's effect within her team. They are all amazing people. We have been here for a year now. I cant say enough how happy I am and worry free when I drop my daughter off. We developed relationships with everyone. Security is top notch. Updates on everything is on point. The professionalism on education is amazing. I cant teach that at home with my kids. Im very thankful for them.
- APAshley PropheterMay 31, 20241.0I'd leave a 0 star review but it's not possible. I've seen so much negativity in the facility on how the center director is treating her employees. Her employees have neglected children. One of the kids was having a seizure and literally was not being watched. Children have been left outside unattended. Children during the winter were out without proper warm clothes or had been taken off. Employees sat on their phone and paid no attention to kids. When an issue came up the center director avoided confronting the staff for their negligence, as issues came up more than once. Often times my child had been picked up with poop in their pull up. If you want safety, security and attentiveness please look elsewhere. I'd hate for other children to have the issues myself and other families have had to deal with. -sincerely a troubled and concerned mother
- MWMardi WApr 7, 20235.0My daughter has been going here since they opened 4 months ago. She has thrived since starting here. The teachers and staff and warm, caring, encouraging and helpful. They have answered any and all questions I have had about the policies, procedures and everything else. My daughter loves it here. The staff sends lots of pictures and videos through out the week showing all the activities she gets to do. The gyms- both indoor and outdoor are wonderful. We are so glad we chose to move her to this center! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone in need of childcare.
