- CDColleen “Zineb” DaleySep 29, 20252.0We did not have a great experience in our 3 months with KinderCare in Holland. We were appreciative of the lack of a waiting list, and the ease of registering our child. The staff and teachers did seem to care about the children, but they were clearly overwhelmed and overextended in their jobs. We saw a number of times only 2 teachers in our kid’s class of over 10 students, our child was bitten due to lack of supervision over 5 times in 3 months. Additionally our child always came home dirty, clothes not changed all day long, and a runny nose not cleaned. All of these issues could have been avoided with better staff management. There is a new director now and we hope that solves some of the issues, but they are likely indicators of the larger systemic problems of for-profit daycare in the United States to some degree, so I would not hold out hope. We will not be returning to any KinderCare center ever in the future.

We absolutely love it! The director/staff are incredible friendly. Communication is top notch via phone calls and their app. The teachers genuinely have cared about my son and his development. I appreciate getting regular updates all throughout the day on how he is doing. Attention to detail is top notch. Thank you!

Each month his classroom has a new theme of learning objectives, and it eases my mind that he is doing the activities he needs to aide in his development. The staff is great and cares for him like he is one of their own. Wonderful daycare!
