  We did not have a great experience in our 3 months with KinderCare in Holland. We were appreciative of the lack of a waiting list, and the ease of registering our child. The staff and teachers did seem to care about the children, but they were clearly overwhelmed and overextended in their jobs. We saw a number of times only 2 teachers in our kid’s class of over 10 students, our child was bitten due to lack of supervision over 5 times in 3 months. Additionally our child always came home dirty, clothes not changed all day long, and a runny nose not cleaned. All of these issues could have been avoided with better staff management. There is a new director now and we hope that solves some of the issues, but they are likely indicators of the larger systemic problems of for-profit daycare in the United States to some degree, so I would not hold out hope. We will not be returning to any KinderCare center ever in the future.

  My boys (2 and 4 years old) LOVE going to KinderCare so much they usually don’t want to leave! The staff is so caring and kind, the communication from everyone is great and the app is amazing. I adore the pictures during the day and it’s so nice to see when they eat, nap or get a diaper change so I know how to plan our evenings. I absolutely recommend!!

  It’s a really great place. The hours are helpful especially for two working parents. It’s decently priced and not like other schools, they actually provide quite a bit ie food and diapers. Our son loves it here.
