  Before coming to Baileys, I had my son at in home daycare and I was no satisfied with the quality of care he was receiving. I've had a great experience since switching him to Bailey's. Sheri and the staff have always been friendly and transparent. My son has food allergies to dairy and eggs and they have been so accommodating and understanding. I love that my husband and I are constantly updated about Micah's day on the classroom app and that pictures are uploaded so we feel secure and content knowing he is having a great day and in great hands. We love his teachers and I can see such a big difference in my sons attitude towards going to daycare. He doesnt cry at drop offs and is always excited to get ready in the morning because he knows he'll get to see his friends. The other really big item that I enjoy is that they keep the children entertained with hands on activities and are very organized about planning their weeks so they always have the kids doing something new.

  My son is a year and a half old and has attended Bailey part time for six months. We absolutely love Bailey. His teachers are kind and loving, and he’s always excited to go see them. We get written reports about his day and the teachers post photos of them in the private app everyday. He gets lots of time outdoors and really enjoys his classmates.

  We had a horrible experience with this center during 2020. I was trying to find a place with remote learning options for my 5 year old, since the schools were closed and I had to work. It was one of the worst experiences in my life… sending my child to this “daycare center.” The owner was more involved with dealing with teacher (or teenage) drama since they were mostly all teens that were in charge of teaching. Not only was my child in the midst of no school, she was also going through a lot of family problems during 2020. They threatened to call CPS on me because my child was “acting out.” Also add to the fact that my child broke her wrist at that facility (which could have been prevented), canceled school within 2 hours of me dropping off and only notifying me to pick up my child ASAP or AGAIN threaten to call CPS for child abandonment (I was two hours away for work and had no notification the school was closed after I dropped her off). I hope this place had a serious makeover with management practices and teacher maturity. This place left deep emotional scars for myself and my child. Never have we ever been treated so poorly by a daycare center. If I could give a negative rating, it would be -100 . Absolutely horrible experience during our time there.
