  I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. My son was not feeling comfortable or safe there from the beginning. The worst part was when he came home with a bruised eye — apparently, he hurt himself on a table, and no one could clearly explain what happened. Accidents can happen, but the lack of proper supervision and communication is unacceptable. I expected much better care and attention. Sadly, I would not recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child.

  If I could give above 5 stars I would! My experience with Dexter KinderCare has been wonderful. The care that is put into each child shows and I would always recommend this KinderCare to my friends and family. The center is ran by great people who care deeply about their work and spend a great deal of time making sure all children are properly cared for. Thank you for all you do, Dexter KinderCare!!!!

  My son has been with Dexter KinderCare since its grand opening. We are so happy to see how he grows and thrives with Kindercare from a little crawling baby to a running-around toddler. My first love with this center was when Ms. Natasha told me how she loves her job: "can you believe you get paid to play with lovely babies!". It's always difficult when a baby first joins daycare centers. The teachers there make the start so easy that my son only cried the first two days while I was afraid the process might take much longer than that. The center updates parents frequently on the activities with pictures via their app throughout the day. Everyday kids have a lot of fun with various indoor and outdoor activities. You can tell children are happy there by the smiles and interactions between children and teachers. The center's opening hour, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, is also very helpful for a lot of working parents. This center is a great help for us and I'd highly recommend this center to any parents looking for a both caring and educational place for their children.

  Love Dexter KinderCare! Have twin 4yo girls who have been at KinderCare for two years and it's been great experience from the start. When looking into daycare/preschool KinderCare was the best choice as their flexible daily schedule allows me to drop off / pick up when is convenient. Most other centers had very rigid rules and was not suitable being a single-parent. Also the pay-by-the-week allows greater ability to manage the cost of our childcare by not having to pay one payment per month. These two things alone were key critical factors KinderCare was tops on my list. But the curriculum and teaching is top-notch as well. You can download all the daily/monthly themes and follow along and reinforce at home. And the teaching staff is really good too. It's a new center so they of course are only working with each other a short time, but individually they are really good, and getting better together, you can see that every day. And Senetra McClain, the Dexter center director, is great. She's intentional, thoughtful and on the ball in running this new center since opening in July. She cares about the kids, as well as the relationships with parents. Very happy to have Senetra at the helm. I'd encourage any parent to check out other centers, and then check out KinderCare. You'll be happy you did!
