- KSKatima SufiJul 28, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. My son was not feeling comfortable or safe there from the beginning. The worst part was when he came home with a bruised eye — apparently, he hurt himself on a table, and no one could clearly explain what happened. Accidents can happen, but the lack of proper supervision and communication is unacceptable. I expected much better care and attention. Sadly, I would not recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child.

The staff goes above and beyond to personalise the care for each baby. The facility is very new and also very covid safe during this pandemic. We highly recommend this place, us and our baby loves it!

This is the duo to have watching over your child day in and day out. They have turned this child care center from a business to a family and have hired the best teachers for each class. They provide a great, well rounded learning plan with new focuses each month that engage the children, as well as, healthy, well balanced meals. My children especially love their summer activities (specifically water day) and the gym when the weather isn't appropriate for outdoor play. My Husband and I love the communication, their immediate and continued response to Covid, the care they have for each child, the interactive app and the constant happiness they provide our children. We couldn't be happier.

I have a child with food allergies and KinderCare took such thorough time and effort before my child even started there to discuss and understand what allergens were concerns and talked to me about precautions they would take. And since my child has been there they have continued to keep in touch with me about precautions in day to day activities. Such a great relief when they are also preparing a serving my child food (and the children like the food too!). Miss Faith has been wonderful to work with and truly cares so much about my children. Her checks-ins and updates about my children's care are timely and helpful, and she is very supportive when I have a special request or question. Miss Elana provides wonderful enthusiasm and communication, which has also been extremely appreciated. We have received great communication through the online app from my children's classroom teachers, as well as pictures that show so many of the fun activities my children have the opportunity to do while there. Thank you to all of the supportive staff and leadership at Dexter KinderCare for providing a fun, educational and caring place away from home for our children to thrive!
