I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. My son was not feeling comfortable or safe there from the beginning. The worst part was when he came home with a bruised eye — apparently, he hurt himself on a table, and no one could clearly explain what happened. Accidents can happen, but the lack of proper supervision and communication is unacceptable. I expected much better care and attention. Sadly, I would not recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child.

If I could give negative stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this "preschool" to my worst enemy. I met with the assistant director, Regina, to enroll my child and inquire about a job, and she made some empty promises. My child is disabled and has special needs and I was told he would have a teacher there in his class to help him 1 on 1, if needed. On out first day when I walked in the building, she then said we were just gonna see how it went. Cool, that's fine. Then I stated verbally AND on paperwork, that he doesn't eat solid foods yet, but that we're working on it and to still offer the solid food first (because the provide it,) and if he didn't eat it, to give him the purees I pack. It was going great!! Until I picked him up and he literally hadn't eaten any solid food and all his purees were in his bag. Untouched. And when I confronted the director, Elizabeth, about it I was guilt tripped and later found out Regina never gave his paperwork to his teacher. Doesn't matter if you work there or not, your child won't get the care you'd expect them to get
Side note: NOT ALL THE CLASSROOMS HAVE ALLERGY LISTS!!! AND IF THEY DO HAVE THEM YOU HAVE TO LITERALLY DIG IN THE CABINET TO FIND IT.

We are in love with Dexter Kindercare!!They take an awesome care of our baby boy since he was 3 months old. The staff goes above and beyond to personalise the care for each baby. The facility is very new and also very covid safe during this pandemic. We highly recommend this place, us and our baby loves it!
Dexter Kindercare is incredible. Through the COVID pandemic they have provided our children with a safe and caring environment. Our son is attending his virtual kindergarten classes at Kindercare, which he loves. Highly recommend this place. Friendly staff, clean facilities, brand new building and play structures, and our kids enjoy the activities and learning that takes place.
My son has been with Dexter KinderCare since its grand opening. We are so happy to see how he grows and thrives with Kindercare from a little crawling baby to a running-around toddler. My first love with this center was when Ms. Natasha told me how she loves her job: "can you believe you get paid to play with lovely babies!". It's always difficult when a baby first joins daycare centers. The teachers there make the start so easy that my son only cried the first two days while I was afraid the process might take much longer than that. The center updates parents frequently on the activities with pictures via their app throughout the day. Everyday kids have a lot of fun with various indoor and outdoor activities. You can tell children are happy there by the smiles and interactions between children and teachers. The center's opening hour, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, is also very helpful for a lot of working parents.
This center is a great help for us and I'd highly recommend this center to any parents looking for a both caring and educational place for their children.
