  KinderCare Daycare in Dearborn ,definitely has its flaws! Update: this is an awful daycare don’t let the ratings fool you.My daughter only lasted 6 months. Let’s start with the teacher Theresa for class 3-4 , she kept telling my daughter she did not like her, she called her Mental and she called her ferocious, and she was three years old at the time. What 3-year-old do you know can remember the word ferocious to come back home to tell their parent if the teacher didn’t say it ? The word ferocious is not in a 3-year old vocabulary! Then you have the teacher Teresa on a few occasions and assistances, did not allow my daughter to go to the bathroom, and she urinate on herself quite a few times and boo- boo on herself,because she was denied accessed to the bathroom!! That’s exactly why the teacher Teresa keep on a face mask, so the parents don’t see her identity!!! Then you have Chelsea, the assistant director, when you complain to her, the situation only got worse! You had a teacher assistance, restrained my daughter to her cot, while laying down putting her legs on top of her back, she could’ve suffocated her! In which my daughter complained about stomach aches the following weekend, because of being restrained to her cot! I wouldn’t take my daughter back to this Daycare if it was the last daycare on earth! These are not real professional Daycare Providers, these are more like babysitters.!!! They Will be quick to write my daughter up in an incident report, but will not write up any other kid, that did something to my daughter, that was totally unfair. DHS pay’s for your bill and they will still charge you a huge “co-pay” “I HAD ENOUGH “ !!!!!

  Teachers are great , love & care for your kids as their own .. Big Shout Out to Mrs. Teresa .. Ms. Karen doesn’t communicate well & let my bill go up to $1900 until saying something when I was never required to pay before due to DHS paying for my childcare.

  This daycare is amazing for my child, the staff are incredibly caring and attentive and the facility is well-maintained and safe. The staff are dedicated to creating a engaging environment full of activities that keep the children excited and stimulated throughout the day. They encourage learning in every activity they plan and care deeply about the social and cognitive development of the kids in their care. Its truly a wonderful place where my child is growing and thriving everyday.

  This was not my experience, but they left a woman’s child in feces, did not contact her, she had feces all over herself! It was absolutely uncalled for. They don’t even look to see if the person picking them up is okay for them to pick them up, they do not check ids, they are so neglectful to children. It had been all over her legs, how could you not smell it????!! It’s a health risk for herself and other children! If you take a look at TIK tok, go to Auntkaren!!! It was her daughter!
